The Evolve Research Referral Program gives existing customers a simple way to introduce another research customer to Evolve Elite Research. Your referral receives 10% off their first qualifying order, and you receive a $15 referral reward after their qualifying order is completed.

PROGRAM PROCESS

How the Referral Program Works

The program uses two separate codes: your personal referral code connects the new customer to your account, while their discount coupon is generated separately after registration.

Share Your Referral Code

Access your personal referral code and share it directly with a research colleague by text, WhatsApp, email, or another direct method.

They Create an Account

Your colleague enters your referral code when creating their Evolve Elite Research customer account.

They Receive 10% Off

After registration, a separate 10% discount coupon is generated for their first qualifying order of $100 or more.

You Receive $15

After the referred customer’s first qualifying order is completed, a $15 referral reward is generated for your account.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

Referral Code ≠ Discount Coupon

Your referral code identifies you as the referring customer and connects the new customer’s registration to your account. It is not the new customer’s 10% checkout coupon.

After the new customer registers using your referral code, their actual 10% discount coupon is generated separately and can be found under My Account > Referral Coupons.

NEW CUSTOMER PROCESS

Using the Referral Discount

After registering with an existing customer’s referral code, the new customer’s separate 10% discount coupon is generated and made available through their Evolve account.

Register With the Referral Code

Create an Evolve Elite Research account and enter the referral code provided by the referring customer.

Open Referral Coupons

After registration, sign in and navigate to My Account > Referral Coupons.

Access the 10% Coupon

Copy the newly generated 10% new-customer referral coupon from the Referral Coupons section.

Apply It to the Qualifying Order

Enter the coupon in the cart or at checkout on the first qualifying order of $100 or more.

DELIVERY GUIDANCE

Referral Email Delivery

Evolve sends automated referral and reward notifications during the referral process. Email providers may occasionally route automated messages to Spam or Junk folders.

For the most reliable handoff, referral codes should also be shared directly by text, WhatsApp, email, or another direct method.

Expected email not received? Check Spam or Junk, then sign in and navigate to My Account > Referral Coupons. Available referral coupons and rewards can be accessed there without relying on the notification email.

Referral Program Details

The following requirements apply to participation in the Evolve Research Referral Program.

NEW CUSTOMER BENEFIT

New customers receive 10% off their first qualifying order of $100 or more.

NEW CUSTOMER COUPON

The new-customer referral coupon is valid for 14 days after registration.

REFERRER REWARD

The referring customer receives a $15 referral reward after the referred customer’s first qualifying order is completed.

REWARD REDEMPTION

The $15 referral reward applies to a qualifying order of $50 or more and is valid for 30 days.

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

Referral rewards have no cash value. Self-referrals are not permitted, and referral benefits may not be combined with certain promotional offers.

ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

Participation in the referral program does not alter existing Evolve Elite Research account, verification, checkout, or product-use requirements.

Evolve Elite Research reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program or its terms.

Participation in the Evolve Research Referral Program does not alter product-use requirements. Evolve Elite Research products are offered strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not intended for human consumption.
